Hubbard Shouts about Low-Noise at CRS

Hubbard also displayed both housed and un-housed Multi Compressor packs on the stand, with a host of new features that demonstrate the company’s innovation and commitment to the development of higher and higher levels of energy efficiency.

Abbott of Otley caught after Marathon chase

Otley, Suffolk, based commercial refrigeration manufacturer Hubbard Commercial Refrigeration's Quality Control line tester Stuart Abbott is to run this year's London Marathon for the East Anglia's Childrens Hospice charity (EACH).

On Sunday April 22, 2007, 33 year old Stuart will be aiming to complete his first London Marathon and in the process raise £1000 in aid of EACH.

"I'd like to complete the course in under four hours, but the most important thing is just to finish" said Stuart. "This is my first London Marathon and it's just great to be part of such a fantastic event, mixing my own personal challenge with a good cause. The support I have received from my colleagues and the Hubbard Commercial management at Otley has been exceptional and now the pressure is on me to get round in a respectable time".

Hubbard Mini Pack - Packs Tax Saving Punch for TCR Retail

Leading independent UK refrigeration, designers, manufacturers and suppliers Hubbard Commercial Refrigeration have delivered a valuable tax saving to Midlands based fast food catering supplier TCR Retail with the installation and commissioning of a Carbon Trust accredited, Enhanced Capital Allowance qualifying Hubbard Multi Compressor mini-pack to their new coldstore facility.

The system specified and installed by Birmingham based catering refrigeration specialist Burnett Barrows Refrigeration was chosen as the most suitable specification for TCR's expansion plans which involved relocation to new premises and the creation of a 1300 cubic metre "walk-in" coldstore. TCR supplies fast food catering outlets throughout the midlands with a range of high quality frozen foods. The company has grown rapidly over recent years and had a need for larger storage and distribution facility which also presented the opportunity to specify high efficiency cooling equipment.
